The worksheet library
Choose a useful starting point.
Use the notes to assess fit before sharing. These educational tools are not diagnostic assessments or complete treatment protocols.
Here for yourself? You are welcome to read and download these adult-oriented worksheets. Start with one that feels useful. Write your answers privately on paper or in your own notes. You do not need to be a therapist or create an account.

For practice owners
A website page that feels like yours.
Choose a starter page, add your words and colors, then copy it to your website. Your preview updates as you edit. These are page sections for an existing website; they do not include hosting, a menu, booking software, or a whole-site theme.
Text switches between dark and light to keep your chosen colors readable.
Choose the worksheets on your page
Select any of the 15 resources, or leave them all off.
No link? The contact button stays off your page. These fields do not create a contact form or send your entries to us.
Live preview
Worksheet buttons open the original resource page. The PDFs themselves have no practice branding. Use each worksheet’s sharing tool if you prefer to upload a PDF to your own site.
Replace the example practice name and review your text before publishing. Add credentials, locations, insurance details, and services only when accurate for your practice.
View or manually copy your page
No coding knowledge needed
Choose the way that works for your website.
The easiest option: download a worksheet, upload it using your website’s file or document tool, and add a button linked to that file. Add a small, readable “Resource by South Denver Therapy” link beside it. The worksheet stays unbranded.
Use a ready-made design
Choose a worksheet’s “Share on my website” button or customize a page above. Copy the HTML code, add your website’s HTML or Embed block, and paste. Preview the saved page on your phone before publishing. A simple link card needs no JavaScript.
Squarespace
Add a Code Block, choose HTML, leave Display Source off, and paste. Save and check the page outside the editor. Some embed features depend on your plan. Adjust the block height in the mobile editor if needed.
WordPress
Add a Custom HTML block and paste the copied design. Preview the saved page. Account permissions, hosting plans, and security settings may remove some code. Use the simple link card or the no-code option if that happens.
Wix
Add an Embed HTML element, choose Enter Code, and paste. Resize the embed on desktop and mobile so visitors can see the content. Wix displays embeds in a separate frame; you can also upload a PDF and add a native text link below it for the source credit.
Another website builder, or no HTML option?
Choose “Copy just the words” in the page builder, or “Text and link — no code” in a worksheet’s sharing menu. Paste into normal text blocks and style them with your website’s own tools. Download and upload PDFs separately if you want files hosted on your site. This works anywhere you can add text, links, and files; the appearance depends on your editor.
The download button disappeared or does not work
Some editors remove files included inside HTML code. Download the worksheet here, upload it with your own website’s file tool, then copy the public file link. Paste that link into the worksheet sharing tool’s optional PDF-link field and copy the new design. You can also use a simple resource link instead.
Simple sharing terms.
You may download and print these 15 worksheets for personal use, give them to clients, and share the unmodified PDFs on your practice website, including in a paid therapy practice. You may customize the website templates, cards, and introduction.
The worksheets have no practice name or practice link inside them. The three couples worksheets include an optional Connected Couples App recommendation. Include a readable South Denver Therapy source credit on the webpage beside publicly shared worksheets or reused templates. No credit is needed on a private client handout. Supplied website credits use nofollow; you may retain or add that attribute. No link that passes search ranking credit is required.
Do not sell the worksheets as standalone products or claim their content as your own. These terms cover only these 15 supplied worksheets and supplied website templates, not third-party materials. Independent recommendations do not require using our template.
Can I host the PDF myself?
Yes. Download it, upload it through your website's file-link tool, and paste its public URL into the sharing generator's optional hosted-PDF field. If your editor blocks embedded download files, use this option.
Do I have to be a therapist?
No. This is a public educational library. Anyone may read and download the worksheets for personal use. The therapist notes and website-sharing tools are intended for professionals. There is no account or credential check.
Are these clinical assessments?
No. These are original educational exercises, not validated screening instruments or clinically approved treatment materials. Sources are conceptual references and do not imply endorsement. The previews collect no worksheet answers.
When are joint couples exercises unsuitable?
Assess relationship safety privately. Where there is fear, coercion, threats, or violence, use individual assessment and appropriate specialist support instead of joint communication exercises. Read the National Domestic Violence Hotline's guidance.
