Kayla Crane, LMFT
Marriage & Family Therapist
Helping couples communicate, rebuild trust after infidelity, and feel connected again with research backed approaches.
I'm Kayla Crane, a therapist passionate about helping couples strengthen their relationships and create lasting change.
Over the past several years, I have had the privilege of supporting couples through communication challenges, emotional distance, rebuilding after betrayal, and deepening connection. I specialize in working with couples who are navigating infidelity or struggling to reconnect after trust has been broken.
My approach is collaborative and personalized. I draw from Relational Life Therapy (RLT) to help couples reach their goals. I am also trained in Systematic Affair Recovery Therapy (SART), an evidence informed approach created specifically for affair recovery. This certification allows me to guide couples step by step through stabilization, rebuilding trust, and reconnecting emotionally after betrayal.
I aim to help couples communicate more effectively, strengthen emotional safety, and feel confident navigating conflict together. My goal is for you to leave therapy with a deeper understanding of each other and practical tools that make your relationship stronger.
So if you are considering couples therapy, that is a meaningful first step. My office is a safe and supportive space where we can talk openly about what you need and how to rebuild your connection. I offer both in person and online sessions for couples across Colorado.
