I'm Kayla Crane, a therapist passionate about helping couples strengthen their relationships and create lasting change.
Over the past several years, I have had the privilege of supporting couples through communication challenges, emotional distance, rebuilding after betrayal, and deepening connection. I specialize in working with couples who are navigating infidelity or struggling to reconnect after trust has been broken.
My approach is collaborative and personalized. I draw from Relational Life Therapy (RLT) to help couples reach their goals. I am also trained in Systematic Affair Recovery Therapy (SART), an evidence-informed approach created specifically for affair recovery. This certification allows me to guide couples step by step through stabilization, rebuilding trust, and reconnecting emotionally after betrayal.
I aim to help couples communicate more effectively, strengthen emotional safety, and feel confident navigating conflict together. My goal is for you to leave therapy with a deeper understanding of each other and practical tools that make your relationship stronger.
