I'm Kayla Crane, a therapist passionate about helping couples and individuals achieve their goals.
Over the past 7 years, I've had the privilege of supporting clients in navigating various challenges, including anxiety, depression, PTSD, life transitions, communication difficulties, and infidelity.
My approach is collaborative and personalized. I use different modalities that include EMDR, Relational Life Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, CBT, and DBT to help you achieve your therapeutic goals. I am also trained in Systematic Affair Recovery Therapy (SART) to support couples working through infidelity and rebuilding trust.
I aim to help you to make lasting progress and feel better prepared to handle life's obstacles.
