We’re Expanding! South Denver Therapy Opens a New Office in Parker, Colorado
We’re excited to share some big news: South Denver Therapy is growing! We’ve officially opened a second office in the vibrant, family-friendly community of Parker, Colorado. This new location gives us the opportunity to serve more families, teens, and individuals across Douglas County and the greater South Denver area—while continuing to offer the same personalized, compassionate therapy our clients have come to expect.
Our Parker office is already open and accepting new clients, with a special focus on child therapy, teen counseling, family therapy, and individual therapy. Leading the way is our newest team member, Hope Saunders, MFTC, a skilled and caring therapist with a passion for helping kids, teens, and families build emotional resilience and improve their mental well-being.
Whether you’re looking for support for your child’s anxiety, a safe place for your teen to talk through big emotions, or guidance for your family during tough transitions, we’re here to help—now in both Castle Rock and Parker.
Why Parker?
Over the past few years, we’ve seen a growing need for accessible mental health services in the Parker area. With so many young families, busy professionals, and teens navigating big life moments, Parker was a natural choice for our expansion.
Located just off Mainstreet and Parker Road, our new office offers easy access, free parking, and a cozy, inviting atmosphere designed to help you feel at ease the moment you walk through the door. Whether you live in Parker, Franktown, Lone Tree, or nearby areas, we’re now closer than ever.
And don’t worry—our Castle Rock location is still going strong. Parker is simply an extension of the heart and mission of South Denver Therapy: to help individuals and couples feel heard, supported, and equipped to grow.

Services Offered in Parker
At our Parker office, we’re offering the same quality therapy services you’d find at our Castle Rock location. Here’s what you can expect:
1. Child Therapy
Our child therapists create a safe, playful space for kids to express themselves, develop coping skills, and work through challenges like anxiety, emotional outbursts, social issues, or grief. Sessions often incorporate play therapy, creative activities, and collaboration with parents.
2. Teen Counseling
Being a teenager is tough—especially in today’s fast-paced, high-pressure world. We support teens in navigating identity, peer relationships, self-esteem, anxiety, depression, and more. Therapy gives them a confidential space to sort through thoughts and feelings with a non-judgmental professional.
3. Family Therapy
Whether you’re blending families, navigating a divorce, or just having trouble communicating, family therapy helps everyone feel heard and supported. We work together to build stronger bonds, set healthy boundaries, and foster connection.
4. Individual Therapy
Adults of all ages come to us for support with anxiety, trauma, relationship issues, grief, burnout, and more. Individual therapy offers a space to reflect, heal, and grow with the guidance of a licensed therapist.
If you’re not sure which service is right for you or your family, we’re happy to help match you with the best fit.
In-Person and Virtual Sessions Available
We know life is busy. That’s why we offer both in-person and teletherapy sessions at our Parker location. Whether you prefer the comfort of our office or the convenience of logging in from home, we’ll meet you where you are—literally and emotionally.
We also take privacy and professionalism seriously. All virtual sessions are conducted through a secure, HIPAA-compliant platform. You’ll receive a personalized link with instructions for joining your sessions online.
New to Therapy? Here’s What to Expect
Starting therapy—especially for your child or teen—can feel like a big step. We get it. At South Denver Therapy, we aim to make the process as smooth and welcoming as possible.
Here’s what you can expect when working with us:
A warm, judgment-free environment
Licensed, experienced therapists who specialize in your needs
Clear communication before, during, and after sessions
Practical tools and insights you can actually use in daily life
Respect for your family’s values, pace, and preferences
We’ll walk you through the paperwork, answer your questions, and make sure you feel supported every step of the way.
Our Commitment to the Community
We’re not just here to offer therapy—we’re here to be part of the Parker community. That means:
Supporting local schools and family organizations
Collaborating with pediatricians and other professionals
Offering parenting workshops and free mental health resources
Staying engaged in conversations about mental wellness and growth
We believe therapy should be a positive, proactive step—not something you turn to only when things are falling apart.
